Gary F. Schaumberg – Founder/Sales Manager
 From the origin of Schaumberg Builders back in the 70’s Gary envisioned a company built on the foundation of honesty, integrity and a commitment to quality. For over 37 years Gary has been the driving force behind growing a company that started as a small residential new construction and remodeling company that began in Seymour Wisconsin to its current position as an organization that services residential and commercial construction, log and heavy timber construction, and commercial and residential roofing across the central united states. |
Bruce E. Schaumberg – General Manager
 After obtaining a degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from St. Norbert College in the spring of 2000, Bruce joined the Schaumberg Builders’ team in a full time capacity. His role involves the continuous effort of strengthening a reputation of customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship by developing and improving upon the project management and business processes necessary to stay on top in the ever changing and competitive field of construction. |
Ryan J. Schaumberg – Production Manager
 From an early age it was clear that construction was in his blood. After obtaining a degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from UW Wisconsin Stout in the spring of 2002, Ryan spent a brief period as a project manager for one of the leading commercial general contractors in Green Bay, WI. In the spring of 2003 Ryan joined the Schaumberg Builders’ team filling the role as Head of Construction Activities. Ryan continues to work diligently to ensure that each and every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest degree of quality possible. |
Paul M. Schaumberg – Lead Designer
 With the goal of playing an instrumental role in extending the service offering of Schaumberg Builders into the Design/Build arena Paul earned a degree in Interior Design from UW Wisconsin Stout in the spring of 2003. After completing his education Paul obtained valuable industry experience by going on to work for a number of leading design firms in the Milwaukee and Minneapolis areas before joining the Schaumberg Builders’ team as the lead designer in the summer of 2010. Paul’s role involves leveraging the latest in design and cost estimating software to work with clients to bridge the gap between concept and reality. |
